Choose from Gentle, Moderate and Sweaty. 
In this class you will learn the fundamental principles of yoga which are built on three main structures: breathing, postures and meditation. With regular practice you'll earn greater flexibility, build strength, develop a positive mental attitude and achieve an overall sense of well-being. Modifications are provided at multiple levels throughout the practice. 
Low Flow Restorative
Low Flow Restorative is a super slow, low impact, floor based yoga class that focuses on unlocking any tightness and tension in the neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs while practicing breath awareness, relaxation techniques and meditation. This is a more meditative class that includes long restorative holds, dim lighting, and soft music. Great for stress relief. 
Chair Yoga, Stretch & Tone
Not an "old lady" class. This class is our most accessible form of yoga that is perfect for anyone not wanting to get up and down off the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, toning exercises and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair or wall barre. No floor exercises at all. Difficult poses and complex movements are NOT present in this class but you will be challenged enough to see progress.

Gravity Yoga
A more gentle practice that utilizes body weight to cultivate longer, slower, deeper stretches to elongate the muscles and encourage wider range of motion. Excellent for those who are looking to enhance their yoga practice, gain more flexibility and/or recover from more intense workouts such as running, weight training or the Kettlebell class right before this one at 6:00. Bill's Kettlebell and Gravity Yoga are a perfect complement to one another. (This is not anti-gravity yoga where you are hanging from cloth bands)

How things work here:

  • All classes and services are preregistered and prepaid within your account prior to arrival.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up. 
  • NO LATE ADMITTANCE 
  • Door will be locked at the beginning of class to minimize distractions. 
  • NO EARLY DISMISSAL after class has began. 
  • If you need to cancel a class please do so within your account 2 hours before class to allow for another student to take your spot.

Slow Flow Yoga 
​Slow Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa style yoga in which flowing movement is synchronized to the breath. This meditation in motion will not only relieve stress and tension but will stretch, strengthen and tone muscles allowing for greater mobility and range of motion. Perfect for all levels, any body and any age. Modifications provided. 
You are UNIQUE...
Power Flow
Power Flow" is a term used to describe a more energetic, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style Yoga, a breath-synchronized practice that flows from pose to pose, building into a series of dance-like sequences. If you are looking for more strength and toning, while meditating in motion this class is for you. Modifications are offered to help make challenging poses more accessible, and to allow you to adjust the difficulty of your practice to suit your needs as they are that day.

Expect a challenging class requiring physical strength and mental focus. Prepare to work hard, and meet challenges head on with a smile. Instruction is concise. Students should be familiar with Sun Salutations and Vinyasa sequences. Beginners can become more comfortable with Vinyasa Yoga in one of our "All Levels Yoga" classes. THIS IS NOT A CLASS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS.  
Yoga for Kids....
Parents & Preschoolers
This is a fun and interactive yoga class for parents and preschoolers ages 2-4! This class introduces the yoga practice in a safe and playful way for children. It incorporates elements of mindfulness with stretching, balancing, and moving in fun, challenging, and interactive ways for parents and children.

Kids Yoga Age 9-12
This is a fun and interactive yoga class for older kids! This class introduces the yoga practice in a safe and playful manner. It incorporates elements of mindfulness with stretching, balancing, and moving in fun, challenging, and interactive ways.

Classes are imaginative and meaningful, and kids will learn the basics of yoga asanas (poses) and pranyama (breath) through various games and activities.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Building doors are locked at the beginning of class for safety.
  • No late admittance. Be 5-10 min early for set up.
  • Drop off only. Parents may not wait in the building or sit in class.
  • Pick up on time otherwise you will be asked not to return.
  • We must see you and your child together at pick up so that we know your child left safely.



Stretch & Tone 
Stretch -N- Tone Express is a 45 min rigorous class that will help you lose weight, build strong muscles, improve your cardiovascular system and super charge your energy level. This mixed regimen class is designed to keep you actively engaged and constantly challenged by using various exercise techniques such as deep core conditioning, hand weights, stability balls, resistance bands, Buti, Yoga Barre, body weight, and more. Modifications provided at all levels. 
Sculpt and tone muscles, build a strong core, melt away fat, improve balance and coordination, increase overall power and endurance. HELL YEA!!! Exercising with kettlebells targets all major muscle groups, while shredding 500-800 calories per class, delivering a full-body workout in an extremely efficient amount of time.

Level II.... Not for Beginners
Buti + Yoga workouts transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, deep core movements + body conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice. This class is challenging but can be modified for all levels. Great for weight loss, body sculpting and to just feel AMAZING!

How to prepare: Bring water and a sweat towel. Eat something small about an hour before class. Dress in removable layers. WEAR DEODORANT and DO NOT WEAR PERFUME or SMOKE CIGARETTES before class. Have fun and let loose!

Known as the "Dancing Pastor, I hold a Master's in Dance, a Master's in Divinity, and I'm trained at the 200hr level through Reflections Yoga, based in New York. I'm also certified through Kidding Around Yoga (yoga for kids) and can teach a variety of styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative.  

My approach in teaching is to keep students breathing and laughing, and encouraging them to find wholeness and love for their selves - body, mind, and spirit.
