All Levels Yoga
In this class you will learn the fundamental principles of yoga which are built on three main structures: breathing, postures and meditation. With regular practice you'll earn greater flexibility, build strength, develop a positive mental attitude and achieve an overall sense of well-being. Modifications are provided at multiple levels throughout the practice. 
Low Flow Restorative
Low Flow Restorative is a super slow, low impact, floor based yoga class that focuses on unlocking any tightness and tension in the neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs while practicing breath awareness, relaxation techniques and meditation. This is a more meditative class that includes long restorative holds, dim lighting, and soft music. Great for stress relief. 
Chair Yoga, Stretch & Tone
Not an "old lady" class. This class is our most accessible form of yoga that is perfect for anyone not wanting to get up and down off the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, toning exercises and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair or wall barre. No floor exercises at all. Difficult poses and complex movements are NOT present in this class but you will be challenged enough to see progress.

What Not to Bring:

  • Absolutely NO cell phones
  • No kids unless they are 10+, paid for and taking the class with you.

How things work here:

  • All classes and services are preregistered and prepaid within your account prior to arrival.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up. 
  • NO LATE ADMITTANCE 
  • Door will be locked at the beginning of class to minimize distractions. 
  • NO EARLY DISMISSAL 
  • If you need to cancel a class please do so within your account 2 hours before class to allow for another student to take your spot.

  • Yoga Mat (we have some to borrow but you will want to buy your own)
  • Drink (water also sold in studio)
  • Optional- sweat towel

​Slow Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa style yoga in which flowing movement is synchronized to the breath. This meditation in motion will not only relieve stress and tension but will stretch, strengthen and tone muscles allowing for greater mobility and range of motion. Perfect for all levels, any body and any age. Modifications provided.

American Tai Chi
Traditional Tai Chi
Tai Chi is known as "meditation in motion." It's a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that is perfect for anybody wanting to connect their mind with their body. As you move, you breathe deeply and naturally, moving into postures with finesse. It can help increase flexibility and improve balance without putting unnecessary strain on your joints. Tai Chi can be easily adapted for anyone. Can be done in a chair if needed. 
Meditation Lounge
Join us as we explore mixed meditation modalities including gentle movement, sound therapy using Tibetan Bowls, chimes and rain sticks, guided visualizations, breathing techniques and more. Perfect for people looking to de-stress, relax the mind, create more mindfulness, and enhance meditation skills.

HIIT or high-intensity interval training, is a form of interval training incorporating cardiovascular and intense anaerobic exercise strategies alternating for short periods of time. You will shred weight and burn 800+ calories in an hour. Bring water, a mat and sweat towel.

A fun and interactive yoga class for kids! This class introduces yoga techniques in a safe and playful manner. It incorporates elements of mindfulness with stretching, balance, strength building and more. Kids will learn the basics of yoga poses and self calming techniques through various games and activities.

Kids Yoga                  Age 6-12
Join us for a weekly therapy group that strives to foster emotional healing and insight through the use of mindful meditation techniques. This class will assist you with clarifying and acting on your values, change how you relate to negative emotional states, and promote a supportive environment to express your thoughts and feelings. Individuals who could benefit the most are those who regularly experience feelings of depression, anxiety, or have difficulty with managing negative and intense emotions.
