In this class you will learn the fundamental principles of yoga which are built on three main structures: breathing, postures and meditation. With regular practice you'll earn greater flexibility, build strength, develop a positive mental attitude and achieve an overall sense of well-being. Low Flow Restorative
Low Flow Restorative is a super slow, low impact, floor based yoga class that focuses on unlocking any tightness and tension in the neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs while practicing breath awareness, relaxation techniques and meditation. This is a more meditative class that includes long restorative holds, dim lighting, and soft music. Great for stress relief.

Chair Yoga, Stretch & Tone
Not an "old lady" class. This class is our most accessible form of yoga that is perfect for anyone not wanting to get up and down off the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, toning exercises and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair or wall barre. No floor exercises at all. Difficult poses and complex movements are NOT present in this class but you will be challenged enough to see progress. This class is limited to 12 students.

Slow Flow Express
Slow Flow Express is a gentle 45 minute class focused on areas such as the neck, shoulders, upper back, heart openers, balance, flowing movements, breath awareness and gentle twists. This is a low impact class designed with intention and continuity so that you can see progress in your mind & body work. Perfect for anyone.
All classes and services are preregistered and prepaid within your account prior to arrival.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up.

"Power Flow" is a term used to describe a more energetic, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style (flowing) yoga. If you are looking for more strength and toning, while meditating in motion this class is for you. Power Flow includes a set of sequences that build into a dance-like flow. The graduated structure ensures better endurance, conditioning and strengthening of muscles.

Hot Yoga is one of the most sought after yoga classes across the globe! It's incredible for lengthening and strengthening the muscles and supports detoxification of the body. A perfect addition to your weight loss regimen. Although some studios set the temps at a smoldering 105 we will only have the room set to 80-85. Enough to sweat but not too much so that you get overheated or dehydrated. Your safety is our #1 priority.
